Actually, Microangelo is great!
Anyway, you can create icons in any gfx prog, the simplest being M$Paint. Corel PhotoPaint and Adobe Photoshop aren't too bad too but they aren't as good as Microangelo still :P
heheh Mspaint and Notepad have secret functions (icon makin, log, webpage browser (type in ulr to open when u open a file lol), etc)

well i was trying 2 make sum IE bookmark icons and i know they have 2 be small but Microangelo was changing my Icons 2 small baby icons that u could not see..
and the transparency does not work...
They prob got a program specifically made for IE bookmark icons also..Quote:
