Hi gsharad007, I have a problem for starting program. Windows 98, Kazaa Lite 2.1.1 build 3, KL Extensions V0.53!

It is crashing on program startup in Win98SE:

Common lang. Runtime debugging services:

"appllication has GENERATED AN EXCEPTION THAT COULD NOT BE HANDELED
PROCESS id = ... HREAD ID = ..."

:huh:

it requires microsoft's .net. Get it here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...&DisplayLang=en (about 22 meg)

hey

no such other bug got reported like this

make sure u have .net and also get the lastest build from the site.

only minor improvements in corruption fixer ( other stuff added )

and since i am still delevoping it i keep the debug mode on so if u cud report the full error to me i cud figure out the problem.

and also i have seen plenty of diff errors all due to absence of .net otherwise this works everytime ( my first peice of work that worked a-ok from the firts time :-D )

well anyway

i also wud like if everybody posted a list of requests so i cud include them.

I installed the .NET 1.1. it looks OK now. (I was using the .net beta before that).

Good luck with the accelerator. KLE is not so effective...

Will this be included in k-lite? because that would be cool. (but not before it goes at least beta o_O)

It have to have .NET and I dont want to download 22MB. Can you make without NET.?

on dial up it takes 1hour and 30 min. thats not that bad

1000's of programs are using .NET now. You'll have to get it eventually anyway.
