I am trying to set up TV-out with a Radeon 9600XT graphics card on my computer (which has an ASUS A7V400-MX motherboard) to a Toshiba 32" 32A33 3-year old TV set using S-video and get a blank blue screen on the TV.
Suggestions as to what could cause this and how to fix?
