that's what it says, i assume that this hapend due to inactivity(i might be wrong)
happened to me also, and i used the account almost daily so that's not it for sure. i think maybe they banned usa users possibly others.
It prolly happened coz of bad ratio.There u should have 0.3 at least or else you will get suspended.
they don't banned usa users.. all users can use LM.. it is really for bad ratio or inactivity..
