is there a music volume adjuster program

i am looking for a program that i can adjust the volume on my download mp3s to make them same volume level on my ipod is there a program some info would be great thanks

Not sure, but it would be something to adjust Reply Gain tags. Google it. as I've never tried any programs for that.

Although Foobar music player can do it on the fly, that is it does not change your mp3 files permanently as Mp3gain does.
