sounds like a weird version of EVIL DEAD ! is there a scary horror really out there though i will have see !

People go to cabin in woods, unleash some evil spirit and people get possessed...ring a bell? They copied the idea from EVIL DEAD, which is an awsome movie, and turned into this crap.

moral of all these tales: don't go to a wood cabin in the middle of nowhere
