Download the Bittorrent software:
BitTorrent
Then..just click the links on torrent sites e.g. Suprnova (alternatively use the irc site irc:suprnova) to DL the torrent files. Then double click your torrent files and your movie will start to download.
NB: When you DL BitTorrent, it looks like you havn't actually got anything and you don't don't have a browser thing like Kazaa but it shouls still be there. You just end up with a grey box appearing when you download something. Alternatiely you can use BT++ which gives a more familiar user interface.
