need help wirh sct irc channel

can anyone tell me where's sct irc support chanel.

I had this in my x chat but I formatted my machine and lost it :s

each user has a unique code,
borrow an account or have a friend do it

my account has been disabled and I want to solve my problem :(

but since the acc is disabled I cant access the foruns :(
