help in revolution

good evening
I used to have an account in this great tracker
unfortunately the company providing internet service was changing the ip range during installing new servers (at least that what i understand)so the account was deleted although the old IP range returned back and of course I didn't change the e-mail and i always kept seeding and maintened good ratio
can anyone help me to recover it back
