If he's using a DDoS or DoS attack then it should be over soon, but I would log the IP's and post em on a botnet site, most likely he is using a botnet and posting the IPs may get his net stolen :D
Also, is TL on a static or dynamic IP? If dynamic(doubt) just renew it :O
I get ddos'd alot, so I'm on a dynamic IP xD
