bit TORrent: How to setup a hidden tracker

I was wondering if there has been any success setting up a hidden tracker service using TOR, both for the web front-end, and also the actual file transfer between peers.

Any constructive thoughts and comments are appreciated. Thanks.

Running the peer connections through TOR would just be evil.
