Yes.

There are lots of them, FTN and SCT readily come to mind, from what I recall RTS also had https support.

I also think SCC has it but last I checked it wasn't fully functional.

I am sure others can tell you the others, I can't bother with thinking too hard right now :D

And thanks for the other sites. My ISP is blocking BT traffic (seeding only), so I'm hoping to find alternates. Using HTTPS trackers does seem to fool the filters.
