What is the average CPU load when you upload/download with decent speed (10-20Mbps) at VPS seedbox?
what vps is giving u those speeds?

Believe me, no Leeware customer is getting 16M.
my vps normally runs at 80% use... slow but i get 5M speeds no problem.
i would recommend at least 500mhz i have 200mhz shared and mine craps out over 1000kbps
