Those were the BitMe representatives you spoke to in IRC. If there are BitMe staff here, they're going to say the same thing as the staff in the IRC channel.

There is an nice BitMe mod which sometimes browses through these forums, usually helping (banned) BitMeTV users. I'm sure if you wait for a while, he'll answer your call.
