Too much of Garbage being downloaded

I am using bitcomet .91 and while downling say about 500mb it is downloading around 1gb of garbage. What could be wrong in my config?

I used to get a lot of garbage too, and to fix it, I used a better client. Try AZ or uTorrent.

you use BITCOMET!?! wtf... don't use that one.. most trackers have it banned. change to uTorrent instead ;)
