No offence,but we've been through this once already. We *got* the news back then that RTS is one *secret* tracker that only accepts members with 1337 internet connection & sh*t.
In the following 2 weeks, every visitor knew the "enter" code, saw that the tracker was "shaking" and moved on. Later it opened signup, asked for donations and all the other stuff.
So sorry, but I really don't care anymore about "lucky prizes" and I think that alot of people think the same.
Although I might be curious about the new site layout and others, I'm not so optimistic about your new "user selection" idea.
