Is out there any kind of Scene tracker for Subtitles in all kind ?

I use http://www.podnapisi.net/ to get an English ones, but the have most languages.

you don't need to be registered to get subs:)

Try http://subs.sab.bz ;)
Edit: It's only for English and Bulgarian subtitles though in the forums you can find subtitles in some other languages.
