really simple utorrent issue, but i cannot fix it!

i have a really simple issue with utorrent, and trust me im not a "noob".

i cannot get the queuing to work, it just automatically starts the torrents...

i am really disappointed in myself, help me.

Queuing depends on the number of started/seeding/leeching torrents and the values you set in the options. You can setup a max number of torrents (which means total up/download, in/complete, everything) and yet incomplete downloads. I only use that for downloading purposes and it works for me.

I'm having the opposite problem; When I load a new torrent into uTorrent it just sits in queue until I press "Force Start". Then it starts downloading.

options>preferences>queueing

change the maximum number of simultaneous downloads

I have found that i need to input 2 numbers less for no of active downloads i require. So for 4 downloads i input 2. You will find this is how it works for some odd reason.
