i dont think you get invites right away, once you're PU. i think u just have to wait :)
Sometimes it takes a little bit. On bitmetv I was wondering the same thing but they showed up soon after.
tracker specific questions when you have access to the forum are definately best asked and answered in said forum or irc chan.
