Got a level 9 big buffered account, please PM your offer, dont bother offering something crap.

Edit: I know there are a lot of new members out there offering high level trackers which they dont have, so I am totally fine with using a middleman.

When I say "Big buffered", I mean the amount of upload, just because FTN doesnt have a ratio doesnt mean it isnt that ;)
