SnowTigers is the best french tracker. Unfortunately, there is no invite and it's quite hard to get into by trading...
Thor's Land is a canadian tracker. It has got great speeds and fast pre-times. It's easier to get into Thor's Land than SnowTigers...
Snowtigers doesn't give out invitations. Thor's Land currently has invitations disabled.
Thor's Land may eventually re-enable invites in the future.
No idea if and when this will happen.
