It gives me Bin Cue and MPEG files. Which one do I download just to see the video file? I am positive its the Mpeg file but I could be wrong.

Yeah your correct a Mpeg file is a video file you can download and watch. A few other movie file types are .Avi,.Asf,.Wmv B)
