ok here are detailed instructions:
1) /s irc.p2p-network.net
2) wait 180 secs
3) /msg nickserv register <pass> <email> (enter a custom pass and email)
4) /j #vipv2
5) read the topic and ask for invite accordingly
as easy as that ;)
