when i post something and hit submit , the page redirects to this http://xs122.xs.to/xs122/07486/fstredirect.png
then i have to go back and refresh the page to see my post / reply

That happens sometimes. I think it's to do with the spoiler tags in combination with either a dodgy connection, or high loads on the server.
