there is such subcategory on textbooktorrents I think
i am an electronics engineer..so ive searched long and hard
yep textbooktorrents has a decent collection. bitme has huge packs of electronics ebooks. i selectively download the books i need from there. i think textbooktorrents is sufficient though. if you can get into bitme then you'll be set.
