after surfin the nety for a bit, i came acrossd mods or "boosters" for wireless cards, there were mods for netgear and dlink but i found a few for linksys but not the cards i have, does any1 know of mods that are homemade or cheap (i know)
im not lookin for a signal booster for the routter, like so i can get internet from more than my house
Add an external antenna for your wireless LAN card and your router.
Do a Google search and you'll find plenty of resources on how-to build them.
It's not rocket science either.
ive found a few,but not for my card, my router is BEFW11S4 v.2 and card is WPC11 ves.3
I guess I don't understand. If you want to extend the distance of your wireless router, add a bigger antenna to it. No need to add one to your LAN card.

ya like that but for my card its a WPC11
