Wtf Is "bad Robot"?

At the end of every episode of "Alias" I download, there's this short animation about "Bad Robot".
Can anyone enlighten me what that is about?

Don't come down so hard on him.
He couldn't have known he was falling for the wrong kind (read: ketchup) woman.
He may be brainwashed, but the damage doesn't need to be irreversible.
