does SCC have hit n run? Or what rules govern downloading as far as ratios are concerned. sorry new to scc and couldnt find faq/rules...dunno if its hidden somewhere.

You are required to seed to a 1:1 ratio, or for atleast 36 hours.

About 1 month ago, there were announcement on homepage to remind : hit n run is not allowed
ya there were issues with users who had buffers hit'n runnin on drops because their ratio could take the hit but speeds were slowing down...since then speeds are back to norm if not better.

You can hit and run as long your ratio is above 1.5 according to the rules page :ermm:
