I have had to do a format on my sat pro, I have got a problem in the Device manager, Item Base system device is showing up with no drivers installed.
I have been to the support website but no luck in finding the required drivers.
I have had to install AOL 7 As cant get AOL 8 to install, i think this is due to the above.

try www.driverguide.com it has lots of drivers just do a search.

Hopefully this link works for you. I found all the drivers for my Satellite when I did a fresh install of XP Corp here.
