Partial download at BMTV

Hi,
I just wonder, why almost all complete season torrents leechers in BMTV are partially download?

maybe because they are doing it to increase their ratio?

yeah.. thats it

because some people have a few episodes in their pc and enter just to seed.

I do the same thing

seasons is the most downloaded thing

and they never die

maybe its because the season packs are huge, so not many people can dl them all at once. so they dl it a few eps at a time.

too bad to the ppl that come to download later, read from a lot of number of leecher, but when this person want to seed it back it just can't, because all the leechers are actually a partial seeders

true that happens to me sometimes :(
