Yesterday Peer Guardian was running in my computer, I didn't close my computer and when I got back it said it forcefully closed 22 ip's for MPAA, FBI gov, and and etc. I'm just wondering if I'm the only one with that many hits from the evil people or if its just normal.

It's pretty normal, and it's almost certain those connections weren't all "bad" IPs.
