looking for a personel site?

well i am looking for a website which i can make myself, and it will require a password for others to use, kind of like newgroups, and i want to put some files on that site? that other people could get via, direct download or bittorrent.

i forgot the term for this type of site, can any body help me find one?:)

your isp should provide a little space for your own page with ftp.
