Photoshop Image Positioning

In photoshop im making a button which consists of a coloured backround and with text on top.

Can anyone point out the option where you are able to positition the text by pixels?
(chose how far from the top and sides it is in pixels).

For others:

Go to edit>transform>perspective. :)

edit: actually it can be any option from 'transform'.
