I feel so betrayed...one of my good friends cheated after I invited him to x264 :(

And this wasn't some random forumgoer or whatever. It was a guy I know in real life.

To be honest some of your real life friends could be the worst people to invite to private trackers. I had bad experience inviting friends as well. Make sure they really know what it means to seed, keeping their computer on, ratio's, uploading, reading tracker rules and faq. If not, then don't invite them.

We'll at least he didn't sleep with your girlfriend lol. It sucks he's a torrenting cheat, but if he's a good friend you should just forgive him. I just wouldn't invite him to any trackers that you really like until he gains your trust. There's more to life then torrenting ya know.

I haven't seen him. I got a PM from an x264 mod about 45 minutes ago. But yeah, he's definitely not getting any more invites.

If you have not talk to him yet; better try to tune down a bit. There may be some 'good' reasons why you received that PM. You may still have a friend who call you a friend.
