need mainly for continuous seeding (seed hrs) purpose so i don't mind the speed but fat pipe would be awesome :)

Well u could give someone access to webgui, don't have to give them full access to ur server :)

i think he need just a WebUI axx , not full axx to the server.

webui = touching.
