And the fact that this user has been banned already and so has his ip subnet range. So even if he calls up his isp and asks for a change...they wont change his subnet....so it is pointless.:lol: If he proxies, it wont take long to find out lol

And people wonder why trackers ban israel's ip range...it is because of cheating users like this one.
