is it safe to use leaseweb?

Why?

Oink and TV-links were there, as well as demonoid and a few other big trackers that got told to move.

I believe there are still trackers over there, but tbh, i wouldnt move there.

For hosting a site? Not Safe
For any other reason -- Expensive... but safe.

for a tracker? no
for a seedbox/dedicated server? yes but expensive

they sometimes have decent deals on their express servers

nforce is leaseweb. (I think) lol

got me thinking now if they are, im pretty sure ive read before that they are,but im not 100% now that i think about it.

im very happy with my leaseweb seedbox.
