New ca security suite

my isp sent me a full version of ca security suite and i installed it on 2 laptops and a pc.For some reason it installed ok on all of them but for some reason on my laptop that is running vista, it makes everything lag.what can i do to keep this from happening?it also knocks my network off from time to time.

I liked CA but found it very hard to config for p2p and the firewall was too intrusive , not bad for a freebie but better ones out there . What does their help forum suggest ?
