SweBits Signup help

I would like to signup to SweBits.org but i dont know the answers for the FAQ related questions and i remember there was a thing with the SOURCE page and that the answers are there but i dont remember exactly where should i look at the "view source".

If anyone can help me and link me to the thread referring to that issue or tell me where exactly should i look in that page i would be grateful.
