For me (i am french)
Snowtigers (hard to enter), elite team (easy to enter), quebectorrent (open), itoma (open), HDFrench (invite only - for HD of course), Thor's land (not as good as his level mentions !!)

There's also smartorrent.com, crystaliz-community.net and mamietracker.com which no1 mentioned b4

in fact Thor's land, is very good for speed.
