I heard on a radio show someone talk about filesharing, pirated films, release groups, etc. Then he mentioned something to the efect of the more you release, then you can gain access to a "topsite" where you have access to any and every video file, audio file, app, game, etc out there. (or something)
What the hell is he (or myself, for that matter) talking about? :huh:
