how does energy points work on TR?

i read this,

Energy it's power of your positive activity. Upload fresh stuff, make useful samples, leave comments, rate downloaded torrents and you will receive a lot of energy.



but im still confused.

There isn't an automatic system to give energy.
Someone else has to click the green arrow next to your name.
And it's pretty safe to say if you don't upload,
no one will give you energy.
It may be possible to get points if you're active in the forums, but I'm not sure.

Donating also gives you energy, but that's about it.

oh, allright, thanks for the heads up that its not automatic.

i thought it would be since if you post in torrent comments etc..

if you upload torrent or post in forum or torrent comment, someone might give u thumbs up...that's what it says.
