creating torrents remotely?

Hey guys,

I'm trying to get a set up so I can run torrents remotely from my server but I'm having a problem creating torrents.

I orginally used to use uT GUI but there's no option to create with it?
Then I was using a set up of Azeurus using AzSMRC but again there's no facility to create torrents.

The first reply will be to create it on my PC and upload but files go onto my server with an auto download so I don't have the files on my PC.

Any ideas would be great!!

Either an add-on for the above things I've tried or a completley new idea!
