Halo 2 - When I click a windows comes and it's just blue...I can't install plz help

I have windows vista, I installed latest direct X 10 but I get this screen..plz help :frusty::frusty::frusty:

Make sure that your computer meets minimum specs for the game. Check that all your drivers(specifically videocard} are up to date. Does your DVD drive load other games?Run a drive diagnostic if it doesn't. Turn off your antivirus.Sometimes these can effect a game. Anyone else have any other suggestions?

Someone plz help? This is a new Hp Computer should't have a proublem at all!
