Need english subtitles for DVD-Rs

Is there somewhere I can get english subtitles easily? I'm inexperienced in this area and normally rely on an english scene group, but I have alot of dvd's from TTi which normally don't have english subtitles, and in some cases such as Kill Bill (or Godfather etc..), there's a ton of foreign language and without subtitles the movie is frustrating to watch.

I'm making this thread because I need to find english subs for Kill Bill, but also for future reference so I'll be able to get subs for other movies.

Could someone help me out, or at least point me in the right direction?
