HDBits has a section wherein you can download subs in different languages, spanish included, I think..
Hdbits is the best site for what you are lookin for :)
They have an own section with subs in every language
Yes HDbits.org is awesome for the HD but for a none native english speaking the section of subtitles is beautiful... <3

hdbits hands down. i've never been unable to find the subs for any of their torrents that i've downloaded.
