I'm running FC6 and trying to share my box with another user. I manged to set up the second account/utorrent/webui but I want to partition the drive in two. Also, how do you go about getting a second IP from OVH?

It's quite a hassle to create an actual partition for each user. If you really need to set a hard HD limit, look into setting up "quota". I think getting a 2nd IP will cost extra with OVH, you just have to ask for it.
