Is This The Work Of The Riaa? This Is Interesting

I was downloading a tune off kazaa, when i went to preview it a window automatically opened, diplaying the following content.......

What should i make of this ??

You need to upgrade your Windows Media Player. Upgrade to 7.1 or 9. Whatever fits your needs and what your computer can handle.

I've had that before. So just download .mp3 files and not .wma files. WMA seem to be worse quality anyway. ;)
