was wondering about moviex

I was wondering about moviex, if it has good speeds and safe.. i heard about people getting letters because of it but i'm not sure.. :dry:

i do use pg2 for protection, but was still wondering if it was safe to use..

They upload torrents to public sites like Pirate Bay.
