Seedbox purchase help

Hi all

I would like to rent a seedbox for seeding and uploading to RS.com
the host will be hosting-ie.com and i need some help with the small details

I need at least 40GB free space
preferred Windows server 2003

Please help me choose a good package from their website, any recomandation will be appreciated

Also if you can please provide a link to the package with the exact details.
price range could be 20€-40€ for a month
